Locanda del Mulino

A unique experience of local flavours and tradition

Welcome to the Locanda del Mulino

Welcome to our restaurant, where a passion for tradition meets the pursuit of quality and authenticity with locally sourced products.

Located in the charming historic village of Valcasotto, between the still-functioning Napoleonic water mill and Beppino Occelli’s cheese aging rooms, our restaurant welcomes you for a unique experience amidst the local flavors and excellences.

Come discover the flavors of our cuisine and enjoy an unforgettable experience in a village untouched by time and the hustle and bustle.

New Year’s Eve

A gastronomic journey, from appetizer to dessert, celebrating the most significant dishes of recent years, to celebrate together at the beginning of a new year.

Discover the menu and let yourself be won over by an evening of taste and elegance.

Our cuisine is characterised by the local raw materials: we use stone-ground flours in the village, cured meats from Piedmontese farms, Beppino Occelli cheeses aged in the ancient cellars of Valcasotto, Pamparato potatoes, and Garessio’s chestnuts from Viola Castello.
